Our creative process for the AWS annual strategic conference at Espace St-Denis was an extensive and collaborative journey aimed at producing immersive visuals that effectively captured the essence of the event.
We began by engaging with the AWS marketing team to understand their vision and objectives for the conference. This initial brainstorming session laid the groundwork for our design concepts. We aimed to create a cohesive visual identity that would resonate with attendees both during the keynote presentations and throughout the conference itself.
For the keynote visuals, we developed two main looks. The first design was characterized by vibrant, dark red waves that conveyed energy and excitement, drawing inspiration from an AI-generated asset that AWS had provided. We used dynamic motion design techniques to animate the background, allowing it to gradually illuminate and transform as the keynote progressed. To enhance this aesthetic, we employed multiple AI generative techniques to create high-resolution visuals. This included incorporating visuals produced with AWS services, such as Adobe Firefly, which added another layer of innovation to our designs.
The second visual direction focused on the overall conference experience. We referenced elements from the AWS brand guidelines to craft abstract yet dynamic visuals that maintained brand integrity while providing a modern touch. Soft blue forms and gradients were designed to evolve slowly throughout the event, bringing a sense of continuity and flow. We also explored various declinations of these visuals through 2D motion design, ensuring that they were engaging and aligned with the conference's atmosphere.
We offer premium video server integration and show operation services. Our team expertly utilizes the cutting-edge media player Disguise, incorporating live inputs to enhance keynote presentations.
Our participation in this event extended beyond just design; we collaborated closely with the AWS team to ensure that each visual element enhanced the audience's experience. The final outcome was a seamless blend of technology, creativity, and brand storytelling that left a lasting impression on all attendees.
